Melanie Lippert

Melanie Lippert obtained her TESOL certificate in 2023. She enjoys teaching ESL students and likes to tutor students in reading as well.

Melanie majored in English Education for three years in TN, until moving out-of-state changed her plans.

Still eager to teach, she chose to homeschool her eight children from kindergarten through high school graduation. She taught them to read well, which was the key to achieving their dreams.

Each one attended college and pursued various trades including: trucking, private pilot, graphic design, nursing, management, metal die-casting, criminal justice, leatherworking, woodworking, lawn care, humane society, and restaurant asst/mgr.

In Texas, she was an active part of her church and the local homeschooling community, writing articles on Finding Joy that encouraged fellow moms, and helping with field trips and volunteer events. She also tutored a few struggling readers from local schools.

In Oklahoma, she volunteered with her local homeschool co-op teaching geography, sewing, chess, speech and debate, and even helped coach track for Field Day.

In her spare time, Melanie enjoys sewing, cleaning, reading, and writing.
